I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know what a wonderful experience working with you and your movers has been! I received my belongings yesterday and despite a few problems I foresee, all went well! First, I want to compliment you on your tremendous help and patience throughout this stressful time for me. I was very unsure on how this process worked, as you know, I had very many questions and I just wanted to be as prepared as I could be. So to you I want to let you and your supervisors know, I appreciate all your consideration, knowledge and patience and I personally wish to THANK YOU again! As far as the two men who picked up my things in San Francisco City, my hat's off to them. The younger guy was very quiet, but the other guy was very courteous on the phone calls, I was as flexible for him as I could be for the pick up time changes, and he was an absolute delight to work with. He explained the tickets, (colored labels) diligently worked to have my things loaded very quickly and I want to take the time to make sure that he and his supervisor knew, as well, how grateful, thankful and appreciative I am of his patience with me and their care for my things. Yesterday, they delivered my belongings and what a gem! We helped him as much as we could. He was also a pleasure to work with and a wonderful handler of the 18 wheeler. He had to maneuver that thing into a tiny space for us and he did it! I enjoyed helping him.
