Ori Van Lines did an outstanding job with my move from start to finish. This is the first time I've hired movers, and my experience with Ori could not have been more positive. My parents, who have moved many times, were with me for this move and were equally impressed, which says even more than my rookie review.
Dave was really friendly, straightforward, and professional. He took a full inventory over the phone to generate an estimate, and was very accommodating when I emailed to update it a week before I moved. I really appreciated having one specific person to touch base with if needed prior to my moving day, as opposed to having my call forwarded to a general customer service department.
Dell, Ed, Danny, and Gabe showed up at my apartment on time, and did not waste a second from the moment they pulled up. They were friendly, fast, and very careful with all of my things. It took these guys less than an hour to get my very full 1 bedroom apartment loaded up - I couldn't believe how fast they were working. It took them even less time to unload the truck into my 10x10 storage unit. They did an excellent job packing up the storage unit. I was a little concerned that the storage unit would be too small, but they got everything in, without sacrificing the safety and care of any of my things.
It's clear that these guys really care about doing a good job, and I'm so appreciative of their work. I will definitely call Ori Van Lines again when I move again later this year.
