I decided to use ORI VAN LINES based on some internet research, and it was a great choice.
1. They charge a flat rate for travel- none of this double drive time business that can cost you an arm and a leg like some of the other companies.
2. Every single person I spoke to over the phone was kind, patient, and very supportive. I got their undivided attention on the phone every time, and they were never condescending about how nervous I was about the upcoming move.
3. All the paperwork was very easy to understand and complete- they aren't trying to make it complicated.
4. We completed the move WAY under estimate.
5. The leader of my group of 3 guys was super professional. He kept things moving at a quick pace and was really a pleasure to work with.
No one lagged for even an instant, and kept great attitudes even with the 61 steps they had to deal with. This was the best move ever;. All day I was smiling, clapping my hands at the stacks of 4-5 boxes each guy was lugging out on his back, and spending my time with all the other minutiae of moving.
I loved ORI VAN LINES - they met and exceeded my expectations- I'll use them again when I move next, which hopefully won't be for a long long time.
