we moved an hour away from austin to the country.......10 hours from start to finish.....I booked them 30 days in advance, they assured me 2 full size trucks....when they came we got 1 full size truck and the other they had to rent from a rental company and was about 1/2 the size.....we marked the boxes....where they went...charged us $11.00 per box because they said our boxes are 3 times thicker than what you/we got at home depot for .79 cents. Ended up we were charged for a number of boxes and they were just the same as ours......when we arrived at our new home it was about 9:30 PM and they just wanted to go home.....they just filled our garage with boxes everywhere...broke 3 pictures....lost or broke the leg or legs off 3 tables....
broken glasses when boxes said FRAGIL, after 3 weeks we still can't find anything......because of the 1/2 truck they couldn't get everything in their trucks but believe me they tried...and we had to pay an extra $185 for storage fee......and then charged us $2800...$600.00 over estimate and then the cost of the storgae.....I would not recommend them to anyone.....
