I didn't have heavy things, but I had very FRAGILE items to move around. Their support kept reassuring me that they have experience with this and I have nothing to worry about. I have had bad experience with these services in the past, so I was expecting the worst. Imagine my shock when everything was delivered impeccably with no single scratch or defect WOW!
