This is our first time moving long distance and we had some reservations about the process. We entered and online moving quote and that’s when the whirl wind started we must have received 200 phone calls and emails in the first week.
Every sales person promised the world and made sure to trash any competitor that we mentioned. I then got a call from an Orion van lines coordinator named erick. Erick was very clear and quick to provide us with a reasonable quote and detailed list of services that were included; they were not the cheapest more middle of the road price wise. The one thing that really stood out was when I told him I had received quotes from some of his competitors and without missing a beat he stated that he could not give me any insight on how other moving companies operate or how reputable they were but he would be more than happy to showcase Orion Van Lines services.
He also gave me a list of websites and recommended that I research for myself so I could make a educated decision without negative influence! I thought this was great and just the kind of people I want to deal with one who is confident in their own reputation. This was one of the websites given along with http://www.reviewamover.com just to name two. We were very happy with our selection!
