OCO is owned by same people who run Apollo Van Lines. They lie, they are unprofessional, they are rude, they refuse to accept claim documents, they never call back, they called me a drug addict, a pothead, and a drug transporter. It is always some sort of "holiday" and no one can talk to me about my claim. 80% of goods arrived damaged or broken or did not arrive at all. When items were delivered, driver would not unload, no professional movers present, no furniture was reassembled or even unwrapped from the moving pads. Antique table with fragile legs crammed into truck and broken. I only got one-half of what I paid for and the rest was damaged or missing. Found a lamp shoved into a box which was untaped, lamp completely broken and destroyed.
These guys are liars, they are abusive and they take your money and run. Stay as far away from them as possible, and, if you have been a victim of these guys, contact me at kmmpom@gmail.com so we can go after them. I have reported them to everyone i can think of including the attorney generals of both CA and NY. I am filing in small claims court as soon as I have all my paperwork together (hard to do when they refuse to provide me with any copies of anything, yet, they expect I will provide copy after copy to them. Too cheap to even make a photocopy.
