We moved our stuff from Chicago to Long Beach through Northland moving corp. They picked up my stuff on promised date but delivered it to me in 25 days and one of the items (office chair) was stolen.
The guys who delivered the stuff were rude and took the whole payment before delivering the stuff. During items check, we found one of the items was missing which they confirmed; they had forgotten at their store and will deliver it in a week. But till date it has not been delivered and also when you call at their number (1-888-957-8877), now they don't even pick the phone. Few weeks back, my wife was able to talk with them over the phone ad they said they will find out and callback which they never did. I wrote them an email also but they haven't answered it till now.
Items are lost or get damaged during the move but the moving company staff should be helpful towards customers. I'll never move my stuff again with this company. They avoid questions and are irresponsible.
