You will get calls from the movers saying they're on their way and the a call back saying they aren't. They'll take you items to a distribution facility and then tell you that it will be on a truck and that they will give you a load number and a truck number. They won't call you and tell you any of this. You will get an unexpected call a day before dilivery saying you items are going to be deliverd soon. Again, no call or anything from customer service. Horrible company and horrible customer service. They will scam you if you use them> The sales rep will say that you don't need to wrap certain items because they will be coverd with blankets and its part of the bid, but when the movers get their they will box up even dressers instead of using blankets and you will be charged. You can even ask the movers if there is anything that needs to be wrapped that isn't covered in the quote and they will tell you that they have blankets and will wrap everything that needs to be wrapped. They will wrap it and then they will charge you for it after they leave. This company is a scam and a joke. Believe the negative reviews. I left my status open so you can contact me if you would like and i will tell you about my aweful experience.
