Northern Van Lines was recommended to us by a dear friend of mine who used to live in the same neighbourhood as ours. I called them up on the very same day to make an inquiry about our moving plans and they happily provided us with all the info. I had to move a few blocks away from our old apartment to the new apartment quickly and efficiently. Setting up the moving appointment (just a week before the move) was mandatory. We had a huge bookcase that they couldn't move with just the 2 guys who arrived, so they called in a a few guys up at an extra cost and the total charge went up a little higher. Otherwise the move came out to be good, it was painless and mellow, which was important because practically everything else about the move was decent. Thanks Northern Van Lines.
