Northern Van Lines broke several items, crushed boxes, and lost a ladder and hand dolly. They mistakenly charged me for a shuttle that wasn't used, and for picture boxes that also were not used. They said they'd refund the $350 overcharge but have failed to do so despite repeated phone calls. They don't return calls. Amy has repeatedly promised to take care of the loss, damage and overcharge, but never has, and does not get back to me. At first I thought they were going to make things right, but it is apparent that they have been stalling and have no intention of addressing these issues.
