This was my first move, and I gotta say it wasnt a nightmare, but rather an enjoyable experience with northern vanlines. This company explained everything out to me from the beginning to end. They covered any way to get fees, for example your binded to your weight, so if you weigh more you pay more. Which is what i agreed to. My estimate was right on. I was well informed on pickup and delivery.( I got several calls from dispatch and cust. ser.. letting me know times , and truck locations. Overall this company is amzing. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good mover. Payment forms are in cash or postal money order, cc is accepted at the only beggining for your deposit and or pickup, make sure you pay attention to that.
