I promised my sales rep that if things went smooth as promised I would wirite a good review, well, here I am. I had a horrible move in the past, a nightmare move that I am still dealing with, so I was very hesitant on selecting a moving company and normally would have done it myself but it was to far of a distance so I did extensive research on each and every company I was considering. Being a logistics Analyst for the military, I knew that my research had to be thorough and comprehensive. I broke it down to Northern Vanlines, the estimator Julian was extremely knowledgable and sounded sincere. I reserved with Northern and EVERYTHING he promised, he DELIVERED. My move took place on a Sunday and he was in the office ensuring that he was available. The movers showed up and were very professional, They worked there tails off, you can tell that they were experienced, they were careful and very efficient. I kept comparing this move to my last move and it was night and day.. The price never changed, NO HIDDEN FEE's as Julian promised... I must say that my job requires to move once every so often and without question, I will be calling Julian again to hire Northerns moving services who proved to me moving can be easy and stress free.
