Northern picked up my daughters furniture on May 26, 2012 in Lincoln Nebraska, to be delivered to Albany, New York, delivery was suppose to be on June 6th actual delivery dat was September 15, 3 1/2 months late. Made numerous calls to company, they seldom called back and when they did it was all lies. The only persons that helped me were Carlos and Preston. When I called the dispatch number John gave me they were very rude and hung up on me many times. DO NOT USE !!!!!!! When they arrived to deliver the furniture they wanted more money because they couldn't get glose enough to the house, needless to say we did not give it to them. Stay away from them.
