Very professional and quick!
I saw their contact on Craigslist - 2 people with truck for $59. Their website seemed genuine and when i called the toll free Serge seemed genuine as well. He specifically mentioned the charges and said i wouldn't be expected to pay a dime more than what he mentioned.
The day of the moving the appointment was for 9am. The movers called at sharp 9 and apologized for running late and said they were 28mi away so would reach only by 9.30 am. They were sharp at my doorstep at 9.30 am. They saw the apartment, got the forms and signature formalities done and were on the job by 9.45 am. The main guy said he would use more shrink wrap than normal because it was going to rain (thoughtful!) and said it would cost me $40 over the agreed amount. I said yes because i have some expensive electronics and leather furniture.
I later called Samuel about him telling me there wouldnt be any additional charge. Samuel confirmed he would talk to the movers and get the shrink wrap done for free.
The movers were done in 2 hours and reached my New York apartment with the furniture sharp in 50mins (no delays). They moved the furniture even though it was raining that afternoon. And were done in about 6 hours total.
