Over the phone agent who arranged the move flat out lied about cost, fees, and operation. When asked if they own their own trucks, I was told yes. This was a lie. The move was contracted out to a 3rd party. On pick up after loading my stuff they increased the cost of the move by 150% or get charged a $500 "unloading fee" to get my stuff off the truck. The movers that showed up tried and did over charge for pre-negated items like number of stairs, packing items, and box cost. My shipment was delayed for over 10 days, and NO one ever contacted me. I had to hunt them down to get any information. I am still waiting for a call to explain how my estimate was for far off. I'm not holding my breath.
