I received a binding estimate. When I asked for a contract I was told I didn't need one but could have one if I wanted. What was mailed to me was then another binding estimate which stated "This is not a contract." My load would not fill a truck so I could not get a range of dates guaranteed. I requested July 20 (packing) and July 21 (loading). When I called July 14 to get a confirmed date on the truck arrival I was told July 28 through August 3. Clearly they did not have any idea when a truck would actually arrive, so I had to make other arrangements.
