DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! I can sum up my experience with Northern American Van Lines by saying that I just booked a flight to Ohio, rented a U-Haul and will be moving myself tomorrow. They have done nothing but lie about EVERYTHING! They were suppose to call me Mon/Tues (24 hours prior to pick up) for pick up confirmation. I heard nothing. I started calling Tuesday afternoon and reached no one but voicemail. On Wednesday I started to panic. Again, I called and called to no avail! Apparently this company has no supervisors and no way to directly contact their drivers. COMPLETE LIARS! At 7pm Wed night I receive a call from dispatch saying that a truck was finally on it's way. I received a call at 9:30pm from the driver saying that they weren't coming. And these are just the highlights! I called and called this morning (Thurs) and still, nothing but "I don't know" and "All I can do is transfer you" (TO VOICEMAIL). Bottom line, don't trust these people! And you better believe that the Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me, on the local and national level!
