PLEASE learn from my mistake and DO NOT use this company! This company uses fear and unprofessionalism! First, This company had me fill out a "questionaire" that was going to "help" them determine how much space in the van that they needed (made sense) but I found out later that everything I forgot on the questionaire I had to pay DOUBLE for later. My quote was 2300 to move my furniture from the midwest to the northwest. We were going to pack up our stuff and this company promised to move it for us and told us this was going to be stress free, YA RIGHT! Once the company game to my residence (a day late) they informed me that I needed to pay the rest of the money (minus my deposit- which I got hosed!) and I needed to do this before they were going to start. The company charged me for packing my belongings to the truck, anything that wasn't packed to their standards I was going to be charges double, which was MOST everything! I did not hear from him again, because it was clear that I was going to have to pay triple! He didn't answer is phone, email, etc. He later (a week) said that all of this was in the fine print. The moral of my story was I was quoted 2300 and ended up paying over 7000! Any positive reviews on this system are from the company! Please don't use them! It is FRAUD
