I would sum up my move with the word nightmare. The lady i spoke to was very kind and reassuring. She quoted my move from Michigan to Oklahoma for $1440. She said that that was the price i would be paying when the movers came. I told her i wanted the pick up date to be the 27th of august. She then told me my things would be in Oklahoma in 3-10 days after the pickup date. The movers showed up on time, but were very quick to get paid. They then told me i would have to pay an additional $105 for packing and a tip of atleast $100. So i did.
After the ten days I called and they gave me the run around. They said they didnt know where the truck was, that it takes atleast 21 days for a move like this, so on and so forth. I left several messages and never heard a phone call back. I then had to contact the DOT and write a letter to the Better Business Bureau to even recieve anything. About a week later i get a call from the movers. My stuff was on a different truck with 2 different men.
They showed up at 9 at night and told me how they got my things. They said my stuff had been sitting in storage and that several boxes had been opened. I looked in the truck and there were my things scattered across it. After checking the boxes I found that i had several items missing including 2 pairs of shoes and jewlery. I then discovered a huge gouge in my head board and my daughters crib was broke. I also recieved my dresser with no legs.
I would never reccommend this compay to anyone. I suggest that you move your stuff yourself to insure your things get there and nothing is stolen or damaged. PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!! Dont fall victim to this company like i did.
