To be honest, I usually have a habit of making bookings much earlier. This time, I called the North vanlines movers like three weeks earlier. I let them known an approximate date and they just fixed it. The call center executive was definitely responsive and polite to answer all my questions. Just a week before the moving day, I received a call from them to remind me of the move. We packed the smaller things that we could and got them ready to be loaded. Crew was responsive to our expectations and didn’t slow down throughout the day. They were really brisk and did a satisfactory job.
