I would never recommend this company to ANYONE! Extremely unreliable, dishonest and communication between co-workers is ridiculous! MOVING ESTIMATE WAS WAY OFF!!!!!! AND NOW THIS..... They were an hour late to pick up my items. I was assured by the guys that "pick up" the furniture that I would receive a call from Olga (the same day of pick up) to notify me of the delivery date...I didn't. I had to make the initial contact to seek a delivery date. Once I contacted Olga she was unclear of a delivery date, but stated it wouldn't be a problem to have my items delivered by Saturday, November 8th and she would know more Friday, November 7th so she would contact me then. Saturday November 8th I hadn't heard from Olga or anyone from the company as to when my things would be delivered, so I decided to reach out AGAIN. After speaking with Olga, she stated "the delivery truck would arrive Saturday, November 8th and that the dispatcher (the person IN CHARGE OF SCHEDULING THE UNLOADING, LOADING AND UNLOADING MY ITEMS...YES WAY TO MANY TIMES MY THINGS HAVE CHANGED HANDS, WHICH INCREASES THE PROBABILITY OF DAMAGES) would have my things loaded and Monday, but definitely by Tuesday November 11th I would have my things, and I will call you definitely on Monday (November 10th). Whelp people you guessed it, Monday came and yet again I had to call the office!!! I called at least twice that day and once I was given to a rude young lady to take the call instead of Olga. Now it is Tuesday, November 12th and still I...the customer had to reach out again!!! I was able to speak with Olga and yet again she doesn't have concrete information about the delivery date of my items, but she seemed to forget that she told me the dispatcher said my things would be here Tuesday!! Olga states should would call me back in 15 minutes with a definitive answer. Did she call me????? NOPE!!!!!! So yet again I call, this time I was greeted by a rude young lady who seemed to think that I heard things incorrectly when I stated Olga would call me back in 15 minutes (but people IT WAS 3 HOURS LATER). Finally Olga gets on the phone and again she is CLUELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Olga states again that she would call me, but if she didn't to give her a call in the afternoon (Wednesday, November 12th)I didn't receive a call so yet again I call the office. Olga answers the phone, but she still is CLUELESS of a delivery date!!!!!! Olga states again that she would call me by 6:00pm in the evening, but guess what....SHE DIDN'T CALL. STAY TURNED FOR PART II.
