DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I WOULD"NT WISH THEM ON MY WORST ENEMY! first red flag driver was hours late. the sales person Vanessa assured me the drivers would break down furniture and that never happened my husband and bro in law did that but not professionally than they charged much more for extra cubic ft after not breaking down. then they tell you to write the date that you need your furniture, Idk why they ask that bc they take weeks to get to the location. upon sending an email asking questions re: some concerns the management comes back with threats of suing us for defamation. when i tell her im within my right to express my opinion re my experience with her and the company she responds with 20 more emails back and forth. finally someone calls saying we finally have a driver and heres the number. upon calling the driver he responds he quit and has no idea where our stuff is. when trying to call management re: this issue she actually starts yelling get your lawyer just for asking how they could make such a mistake. finally going on the 3rd week still havent recvd our belongings.considering filing a class action suite. after researching more online that they create fake reviews and the only way to put a review on their page is through the same email that goes straight to the management who threatens ppl if they express the right of freedom of speech. they have even went as far as saying we call in pretending to be other ppl. that is RIDICULOUS bc we call with our contract in hand! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WE ALREADY PAID THEM OVER 2K FOR OUR MOVE AND THIS THE TREATMENT! IF I COULD PUT -1 FOR THE RATING I WOULD!
