I promised my consultant that I would write a review once and only once I have received my delivery, I did not want to write about my move until I went through the process, I received my shipment this pass weekend, Here is my story; I hired North van lines back in March due to their reviews and because my son had just used them to move his family. But, I was still unsure, until I spoke with my consultant she answered every question that I had but, I was still uneasy and she assured me that everything will be fine. And the pick up date came Alex and his men were great funny and professional also my sales rep called to confirm for the date in advance and I think its great I've dealt with movers that do not call or advise the customer of what is exactly going on. I admire the fact that vanessa was their and so was anyone else. Now, fast forward to this pass weekend I received my items on Sunday and it was a great experience again. The men were outstanding they were on time and No problems they placed all of my furniture were I wanted. I really can not praise this company enough, they are really outstanding from the office to the foreman's!! Thank you
