I will like to start off by saying moving is a very stressful time and when children and valuable items makes it that much more stressful. I must say their are a lot of companies out their that are fighting for business. here is my story: I hired north van lines not only because they were honest, friendly and just great with explaining every thing to me. I hired them because of their reviews and i had to put them to the test of course every company will have a bad review and good but that shows you just cant please everyone. As far as my move its very challenging I had a 5 bedroom home fully furnished and 3 kids to go with it. I schedule a full service because, I will not be able to pack everything, I hired north with no questions asked, why they had answered all my concerns for me without an hint. I must say the day of my move exceptional , Alex and his team were unstoppable they were like bees to honey they were great funny they even had my children wanting to help, they dont want to help with anything ! I am and will recommend them to everyone I know they really know how to treat the customer and how to handle a move so big and valuable ! Hands down one of the best movers I seen or ever had to deal with! Anyone looking to move this is the COMPANY !!!!!!!! Thank you from the Santos family
