This has to be a scam of a company. I was told that they owned there own trucks, they don't sub out work. I even used this site and all the reviews to make my decision. They are placing there own reviews, they have to be. My furniture was picked up on 3/27/13 with a delivery date of 4/10/13. I was contacted by the driver after the pickup and was told he would see me the next day. I explained my apartment would not be ready until 4/10/13. I was then told that if I didn't receive the furniture and now pay them the balance which was 3140 that I would not have my things and I would be charged storage on a daily basis. Now all of a sudden the rep. Vannessa who had been so sweet and personable could not give answers or needed 24 hours. As your reading this you understand I don't have 24 hours!!! I then started getting calls from the company she sub the work to. Now telling me I owe them 50% before my things will be delivered. He said my new amount that I woed was $4500. I had already paid 10% which was $340. He told me the reason the price differenc is because my storage was a 10X20. When it was a 10X15. Lots of back and forth. and yes I had a contract that said 4/10/13. It didn't matter he said because his contract said otherwise. End of story the driver contacted me again and told me to pay $3800 and he would bring me my stuff. I went on and agreed for the sake of having my families things. this place is a total scam. A bit of advice stay with MAJOR companies: Mayflower, United, etc.
