So like many people who get that promise from that company and the day of they are a no show, thats what happen to me I was schedule to have my stuff picked up and the moving company never came. So I was highly upset I had a plane to catch that same day back to florida so I had to look for another mover short notice and I remembered North Van Lines because of my sales rep he was very informative and I called them up hoping that can help me last minute and they did. The team showed up about half hr after hanging up with my sales rep which was great I was at the airport in time for my flight. I am very apperciative this company came and saved my life. Getting my deposit from the other company is a different issue. But because of North Van Lines Im a happy customer and greatful for there help. Thank you again for the last minute help. Wonderful team.
