Our driver, Walter, and the crews that loaded and unloaded the truck were great. They were very careful both with the items and the houses on both ends. Walter fully explained everything and went over the paperwork in detail. He obviously cared very much about doing a good job. He selected both crews. We had NDMS pack most of our items. That did not go very well at all. There were multiple instances of glass or ceramic items wrapped together in the same piece of packing paper with no cushioning between them. One item was clearly broken during the packing process as the broken pieces were placed inside of it. No mention of the breakage was made. Also, while we understand that items from different rooms can be mixed into the same box to conserve space, there were at least a dozen of the dish pack boxes that were mixed. When we filed a claim for the broken items, we were offered a lower amount to settle right away. We declined. Two months later, when we inquired about the status of the claim, they "apologized" that nothing had been done and made the same low offer. We gave up and accepted it. I would only use this company again if I did all of the packing myself and then only if I could be assured to get the same driver.
