Did not arrive on time. Said the 10 am start time was an "estimate" and that they could come any time between 10 am and 2 pm. That does not seem like a viable policy for a moving company to start a whole house move at 2 pm! When the truck did arrive, they had other people's things in the truck. I was paying $99.00 an hour for that truck and all the space was not even available in it. Again, not a very viable plan for a moving company. Neither of these policies were explained to me at the time of scheduling or I would have found another company! The 2 men seemed confused, worked slowly and seemed sullen to boot! In 2 hours time they were only able to move the amount of furniture that could have easily been moved in 1 hour by NON-professionals. Very disappointing. They didn't even know how to unhook the washing machine. They were going to take off the hoses without shutting off the taps, but I caught them just in time.
Delivery for the next day was "up in the air", but instead of calling me to communicate about times and plans, they just left my furniture (couches, china hutch and all) IN the truck and sent it off driving around the whole valley so that I could not have had it delivered even if I had had a delivery time. It was such a fiasco that I decided to just go get my furniture from their warehouse that night. I didn't want them to make another dime off of me and I didn't trust them to protect my things.
