To all the people out there that think Northern Van Lines is the best moving company!!! I moved from the west coast to the east coast over a month ago!! They still cannot find five of my boxes... One has the only photo I have of mother who has passed away. They damaged all my computer equipment including an expensive lazer printer and copier too! My custom built desk and bookshelf with African wood is damaged beyond repair! All my dishes were broken, my piano was scratched in several places, they didn't put the furniture back together like they advertise. Many other items were broken...too many to list on here! To make it even worse the driver hung up on me throughout the move. I never knew when he was coming and then when he finally gave me a day, he was two days later and showed up at 3:30 pm instead of 8:00am as planned on the days before Thanksgiving! They even lost my dining room table! Imagine no table on Thanksgiving!!!
I lost time from work and they even asked me to sign before unloading all the furniture....probably because they knew it was damaged so badly and broken and lost!!! I would never ever use this company again!!! Don't trust them!!! You will be sorry!
