Ward North American picked up within timeframe given. They promised delivery by the 11th. The acutal delivery is schedualed for the 18th, a full week after promised. The crew that picked up was carefull and polite, but, the company seems to have trouble being truthfull when they are selling thier service. If you really knwe how slow they were, you'd go elsewhere. I will never use them again, and suggest that you don't either.
