This was our 1st big move and i guess you learn from experience. We used North American Moving and Allstar Moving and Storage. Moving day - my husband and i were busy packing and the guys were loading....They came to us later with an inventory (no. Of boxes) our 1st mistake....We should not have trusted them and counted the boxes ourselves, also we should of written a more detailed inventory ourselves (maybe a few days before) .... We were exhausted after traveling interstate and with young kids. Mistake 2...Took out insurance but had no paperwork and inventory list said small box etc. We had the furniture delivered to us by 2 men and their kids in a different truck. We were told our furniture would be stored in a container from the 1st truck (like a pod). Was given a sheet and marked all the boxes of a list. All boxes accounted for.....Well why is so much missing....All my good saucepans, good towels, vases, good dinner setting , queen/twin memory foam mattresses etc (i had 3 memory foam mattresses rolled and tied together- on the inventory list that they wrote...It said 1 x memory foam mattress) our fault again. Trying to contact them is hard as they have 1 number. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
