they were very slow, did not bring any tools and showed me attitude when I asked them to speed things up. Dimitry, the foreman, told us that this wasnt his real job and that he is focused on school (excatly what you want ot hear from the man taking care of several thousand dollars worth of your stuff for a few hours).
I caught them taking breaks and then blaming my super for not letting them into the elevator.
they broke about 2000 worth of my stuff and stole a very expensive mirror (i would say it was missing but it wasnt in our new apt, our old apt or in the truck). I had insurance but they kept delaying giving me an update... its been several months and i havent seen a dime.
for close to 1000 (including tip) of service, i would expect better.
