These people were supposed to arrive between 1 and 4. They are located in Chandler AZ , and I live in Chandler, less than 10 minutes from them, but they were still going to charge me a 1-hour "trip charge" PLUS add 19% of the total bill onto my charges for gas. What the trip charge for then? I started calling around 3:15 to confirm they were going to be here by 4:00 00 but there was no answer, even though their recording said their businesses hours were until 7pm. Between 3:00 and 7:00 I called about 10 - 15 times, and not once did anyone answer the phone. I left 4 messages but never heard back from them. I'm supposed to be moved out today and turn in my keys, but now I don't know how I'm going to get all my furniture moved on such short notice.
THEN I find all these horrible reviews about this company, peppered with a few obviously fake "good" reviews. I'm glad now that they didn't show up, because apparently they damage property, steal property, overcharge, insist on payment before unloading your stuff BEFORE you see if there is anything missing or damaged, and their customer service is non-existent. Well I can personally attest to the lack of customer service and the attempt to overcharge me. Even though I'm in a pretty bad spot right now, I'm glad they never got their hands on my belongings.
