All military active and veteran beware. Extremely dissatisfied in my dealings with this company. I arranged to have my vehicle shipped from Washington State and hauled to Florida. Original pick up date was to be 18 Oct., was told the vehicle would probably be picked up in three to four days, 10 days at the most per the contract. Contacting the company was unproductive and a waste of my time, approx 23 phone calls, of which most went to an answering machine with very few return calls from the dispatcher. I one time I was promised the vehicle would be picked up Friday 4 Nov., which never happened. My vehicle was finally picked up 21 Nov and had to pay an addition $370.00 over the original contracted price of $875.00, when it arrived 27 Nov.. This fiasco also cost me 5 weeks of rental car fees. Do not deal with New Way Moving.
