New Times Moving is also known as Statewide Relocation- Google them, you'll see how their reputation truly is. Same company run as different websites and different entities to steal your money. They quoted us $1300 for our move, then charged $3300 after they packed everything up. The driver told us that the company underestimates ON PURPOSE to get your business, then, after the truck is packed up with all of your belongings, they charge you double, PLUS packing fees and tape/boxes fees even though you have already packed your house yourself. They didn't even show up the day they said they would (and they even called to say they were 4 hours away at one point and never showed). At delivery the guy was 2 hours late and didn't even bring anyone to help unload the truck. He kept asking us if we had friends that could unload the truck for us. The boxes were all damaged, some were missing. We are military, have moved to different countries, and have NEVER had an experience as bad as this one.
