New Planet was dishonest with us from start to finish. I was promised by Tammy on the telephone that our furniture would be picked up in Kentucky on July 29, 2012. It was not picked up until 4 days later causing me to have to hire movers and a storage company to hold our stuff until New Planet could come and do the pick-up. Our furniture did not arrive in California until 28 days later. When it arrived, there was significant damage. The furniture had gauges in the wood and the boxes were crushed and several were breaking open. Our dining room table has a big chip out of the corner and appears to have water damage. We are still missing one box which contained paintings. I honestly do not know how this company stays in business. It was one misrepresentation after another from Tammy, Summer and Carmarin. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
