I thought everything was all set. 3 days before my pickup they called and said the truck broke down and it would be at least a week before it would be repaired. They could not find a replacement truck. I doubt they tried.
The added stress and panic they put on me was incredible. It is difficult enough planning to move cross country when you have your moving co. cancel 3 days before pick up.
I needed to arrive at certain date for a new job. The new all this. All they kept saying is we are sorry we cant help you.
I got my deposit back. And was fortunate I found another moving co. that could pick up in that short of time.
I would never contact anyone at new planet. they are aweful!
