The sales process up front by Lauren was extremely good as she assured me that her estimation system was going to error on the high side of our estimated moving weight and that an on-site estimate was not necessary (or available). I gave an honest accounting of everything to be moved and received a quoted price of $9,550. Once they loaded the truck, they then verbally estimated a moving cost of over $20,000 based upon their visual estimate of the weight (based upon volume) and threatened to return the truck and unload my stuff if I didn't agree to a much higher moving cost. They arrive a day late for the pick up and 8 days late for the verbally promised delivery date that they assured me was good because I booked so far in advance. For the unloading process, they hired day laborers off Craigslist that had no prior moving experience and my furniture paid the price with several pieces being damaged. Moses (owner?) was very rude in all of our interactions and in fact, threatening when I questioned the honesty of his employees and himself. It is obvious by reading other posts on this site that others have the same experience so STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE!!!!
