Moving with them is a nightmare. They have not delivered my luggage in 15days. They dont return my call. They have promised me deliver four times in last two weeks. I keep waiting for them at my home neither they show up nor they call. When You call them thier customer service people are rude. After fifteen days, I was told to talk to Joe. he promised me to deliver today. No call, no luggage. no nothing
Please,... please .... please dont ever... ever move with them..
I read very bad review about them but thought it was written by one odd customer but what ever they wrote was 100% true. they are much worse thean what anyone can even describe.
Whatever positive reviews are there on the net, must be written by them...
I am not afraid that they may not be a moving company.. they may be some crooks who take people's luggage and sell it off...
I will have to go to better business or police to claim my stuff.
