This company is a scam. They lie about all movers being their employees and continuity of the move. Once they got my deposit, they did not respond to multiple phone and email requests for dates of the move, extra costs etc. In fact, the only way to get a hold of anyone there is to lie and say you are a new customer- then once a representative answers you can "trick" them into helping you. They charged an extra $800 once they had my stuff and refused to deliver unless I paid. My plasma TV and artwork was shattered and destroyed, and the bed they disassembled was ruined because they lost the pieces and couldn't put it back to together. When I finally got someone on the phone, they refused to help, stating that it was another company that moved me. AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!!
