I am not one to complain but this company is so terrible I have to warn other consumers.
Was $4000 over their estimate. Was never on time and did not communicate at all. Was yelled at on the phone when I called about late delivery, missing items, and broken things. They have stolen property and I am patiently waiting for the 30 days from delivery to report them.
I am not sure they even have an office because they don't answer their phone and you can't leave a message. The few times I do get through I get yelled at that I haven't read the contract. Which I have!!! I am not disputing the late delivery or charges because somehow they have written the contract they can charge you whatever they want once they have your stuff. I am disputing the stolen items, broken items, and not supplying the correct invoice and inventory list that i need to submit a claim with the insurance company.
Consumers beware they will steal your things and not communicate at all once they have your property.
