These people are absolute liars and crooks and will tell you anything to get your MONEY. BY ALL MEANS DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM. DISHONEST LIARS. I talked to a customer service representative BEN who told us if we got our items loaded by August 9th that they WOULD get to my apartment in WASHINGTON DC by the end of August. They took advantage of me. The movers quoted me so low and said they needed extra sq. footage to ship my items and they wouldn't know how much extra till they loaded the rest of my items. BIG MISTAKE on my part, i shouldn't of let them load my things. After they loaded it they told me 2600 DOLLARS. OH MY GOD. WHAT A SCAM. I should have just bought new stuff! So I paid the 60 percent, and am still waiting on my things to be loaded on a truck to go to my new apartment. I keep calling and they never KNOW ANYTHING. IDIOTS, Incompetent. BEN now refuses to return my calls. MANAGER EVA KNOWS NOTHING. They have no communication between departments. Of course its now the end of August and they now have changed their tune, saying they have until October 2 to get my things to my place, it's federal law. So basically Im going to be living on the floor with paper plates. IM GOING TO SUE THEIR ASSES!!! I have a mental illness and the doctors to back it up. I cannot LIVE WITHOUT MY STUFF. LIARS CROOKS AND UNHELPFUL THEIFS. I'm living complete by myself and was absolutely relying on my things arriving in a timely manner to start my life. ALL these positive reviews either aren't moving out of state or are from the company themselves! DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS.
