I was berated by the movers, forced to leave priceless items behind and unable to reach the company for 2 months. When I did I was informed that I owe and additional $1500 on top of the $1143 I had already paid. That's $1000 above my quoted price! Their idea of a resolution for this issue was to offer me a $50 discount! The customer service rep was rude, didn't return my call when she said she would and got upset when I insisted on speaking to a manager, who wasn't any better. This is a bad company. They do not follow through on their promise, they do not honor their quote and they will treat you like crapas if all the issues are your fault!
