They took out the deposit money over $800 the very day I spoke to them. They were suppose to move us July 6th or 7th and they were never able to get a truck to pickup our stuff. So I called and cancelled and ask when the deposit would be returned. I was told 5 to 7 bussiness days AFTER a refund representative called us (person has yet to call). I would never recomend or use this service agian. There is just no excuss for taking in excess of a week to refund a deposit when the company was unable to meet it's own contracual obligations. If they can take out money the same day they can and should refund it the same day. Do not give them money up front! Mayflower never asks for $ up front, I highly recomend them and will use them from now on.
