While a few things were broken when some tote bins fell out of the truck upon delivery, 99% of our stuff was delivered with no damage and nothing was missing or stolen. It was an overall great experience with excellent customer service, a fair price, and prompt pick-up and delivery. Our driver, Nick, and his crew was very professional and I would most definitely use Nationwide Van Lines again if we are doing a big move. Our stuff was picked up in New Hampshire on Monday Dec. 3rd and delivered to Virginia 4 days later. WAY earlier then we were expecting, which was a very nice surprise! The crew even went out of their way to fit their big tractor trailer truck onto our new small street that really wasn't designed for a truck that size. We happily paid $300.00 for the long-carry, as without their hard work to get the truck as close as possible, it would of been a lot more!
I hope you consider this company when moving, as we had a 5-star experience with Nationwide.
