I could not be happier with the service provided by Nationwide Top Movers. I needed assistance moving from PA to NJ, after talking a bunch of folks who had negative encounters with local movers who failed to show up or jacked up the charges at the last minute I was apprehensive. I prepared a few questions to ask when I called the customer service toll free number. Jennifer was very pleasant, she answered every question, and she even shared in some advice which I found very helpful about packing.
Based on the estimates I provided about the size and contents of my home I followed the recommendations of Nationwide Top Movers customer service team and ordered supplies for packing. This one stop shopping option made the process a lot easier than hunting down empty cartons at the grocery store. I was able to pack boxes at my leisure starting a few weeks in advance.
The day of the move the company crew arrived first thing in the morning; Mike the lead coordinated the job and oversaw the entire process. Start to finish the men were courteous, pleasant, hardworking and careful with my possessions. I couldn't be happier yeah!
