I was employed by this "so called" moving co for just over 2 months as a customer care rep. This is a broker company......they get any Tom, Dick, or Harry Co. to move you. These are not very reputable companies andf are rarely on time for pick up or delivery and if your items get there unharmed....you are 1 of the very very few. Once you sign on the dotted line you will never hear from that salesperson again. Be sure you read the contract because you will here all the guarantees they will give you, and when it doesn't happen, you will be told to look at you contract which states everything is "estimated" and there is nothing you can do. The price will also change...and if you don't pay the driver the amount they will put you items in storage until you do (plus added fees for storage). If you have a problem you will be sent to customer service which has only the information they get from the moving co (which never tell the truth either). If you want to speak to a supervisor...good luck...you will be told that a supervisor will call you back...if one does...you are again one of the very few. You items will be moved several times before they end up at you destination. They are unloaded into a warehouse until they get enough loads for an 18 wheeler to take several loads at the same time...hence, not delivered on time. So, just letting you know.....DO NOT use this company....get a reputable company like Mayflower, etc...that has their own trucks and personell. A lot of companies used by Nationwide use helpers from the local 7-11 parking lots to unload your items....don't believe the "professional" movers ploy to get your business. If you do use this company...GOD BE WITH YOU!
