I was impressed by the service I received from Nationwide Relo. I've moved several times over the past 17 years and I've experienced all kinds of moves. I HATE the process of moving but I had dependable service thanks to this company.
I just wanted cheap service but acutally managed to get a pretty good deal. The relocation was delayed because of a few storms and issues with the truck's clutch that took about a day to fix. We still got our stuff on the arranged time.
Our coordinator kept us updated and checked on us often. We always felt like she had things in control. The only issue i had with the call center was the fact that not everyone seemed as trained as our contact. We spoke to another person who put us on hold. Wendy seemed involved and enthusiastic about us which really kept the stress off.
We payed a little over $2000 which is a fair price a 3 bedroom and 1000+ miles. The movers packed well , didnt cause any damaged but our John helped the movers, made sure our paperork was understood and completed. He did a seriously great job.
