They contract your move to criminals who will damage and steal your belongings. The claims process is bogus. Please file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, FTC and Department of Transportation. DOT can revoke their license for interstate fraud cases. With this many of the same types of complaints there should be a class action suite started. Are any attorneys out there who still have balls?
